What is GACO?

GACO is a leading manufacturer of roofing, waterproofing, and protective coating systems. Their silicone roof coatings are widely recognized for helping extend the life of existing roofs while providing long-lasting protection against leaks, harsh weather, UV exposure, and standing water.

GACO products are commonly used on:

• Flat roofs
• Metal roofs
• Rubber roofs
• Commercial buildings
• Industrial facilities

Why Does GACO Certification Matter?

Choosing a GACO Certified Installer means you're working with a contractor who has received manufacturer-approved training and support. This helps ensure your roofing system is installed correctly and performs as intended.

Benefits Include:

• Specialized Product Knowledge
• Our team understands GACO systems, application methods, and best practices for long-term performance.
• Proven Leak Protection
• GACO's silicone coatings create a seamless waterproof barrier designed to help protect against leaks and weather damage.
• Excellent Performance in Standing Water
• Unlike many traditional coatings, GACO silicone systems are designed to maintain adhesion and performance even in areas where water remains on the roof.
• Extend Roof Life
• In many cases, a roof coating system can restore and protect an existing roof, helping delay the expense of a full roof replacement.
• Manufacturer-Backed Warranty Options
• Certified installers may offer access to manufacturer-supported warranty programs on qualifying projects.

Is a GACO Roof Coating Right for You?

If your roof is aging, leaking, or showing signs of wear, a roof coating system may provide a cost-effective alternative to replacement. Our team can inspect your roof, evaluate its condition, and recommend the best solution for your building and budget.
